Delivering this Leon Valley commercial install
High-traffic porcelain install completed overnight to avoid business closure.
This install came together in the kind of residential context that defines Leon Valley. We showed up with the right tooling for the job, kept the site clean through the install, and left the owner with a surface built to the specs we quoted — not corners cut to save a half-day.
Scheduling the work around the business
Commercial installs can't take the business offline for a week. We staged this job for after-hours work — demo on the first evening, setting on nights two and three, grout and cleanup overnight on day four. The business opened as normal every morning. No lost revenue, no customer disruption.
Durability specs for a high-traffic floor
Commercial-grade porcelain with a PEI 5 wear rating — the highest residential/light commercial category — plus epoxy grout in the main traffic lanes. This floor will handle rolling carts, foot traffic, and the occasional dropped object for twenty years with normal maintenance. We spec'd it specifically for the use case rather than defaulting to a residential product.
